共有經(jīng)濟(jì) All-Hold-All Economy

      本網(wǎng)站首次提出并定義了共有經(jīng)濟(jì)的概念，是共有經(jīng)濟(jì)的創(chuàng)始者并享有其知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)。

      共有經(jīng)濟(jì)指以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)作為基礎(chǔ)，將某個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的生產(chǎn)、消費(fèi)、服務(wù)、管理等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)按照某個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展目標(biāo)進(jìn)行整合，實(shí)行各盡所能，充分競爭的生產(chǎn)原則以及按勞動(dòng)貢獻(xiàn)分配、優(yōu)勞優(yōu)酬的分配原則；按照在以上原則基礎(chǔ)上形成的統(tǒng)一的章程制度，通過財(cái)務(wù)公開，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)所有參與方對平臺(tái)及其收益的共有權(quán)。

      共有經(jīng)濟(jì)借鑒了社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的理論，是社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)大潮下的一次嘗試。

      共有經(jīng)濟(jì)的基本理念是：通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)也可以實(shí)現(xiàn)充分競爭和資源的有效配置，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的透明性可以保證參與各方公平的收益分配。這使得分散的經(jīng)濟(jì)個(gè)體因著共同利益而通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)結(jié)成網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)共同體成為可能。

      共有經(jīng)濟(jì)模式試圖提出并思考解決目前大部分的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)都無法回避一個(gè)簡單悖論：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心資產(chǎn)究竟是平臺(tái)還是參與者？盡管各種資本控制，以盈利為目的的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)平臺(tái)在促進(jìn)人與人的互聯(lián)客觀上起到了巨大的歷史性作用，但必須承認(rèn)沒有參與者的平臺(tái)是毫無價(jià)值的。如果是參與者，為什么控制平臺(tái)的資本成為贏家而不是廣大的參與者？

      共有經(jīng)濟(jì)模式明確了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心資產(chǎn)是參與者，回歸到人是一切生產(chǎn)力和生產(chǎn)關(guān)系的核心這樣的一個(gè)本質(zhì)。共有經(jīng)濟(jì)的生命力在于參與者的深度和廣度，所以共有經(jīng)濟(jì)不僅強(qiáng)調(diào)平臺(tái)及其收益歸全體參與者共有，也強(qiáng)調(diào)全體參與者除了充分競爭之外的相互支持，體現(xiàn)人多力量大的樸素規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)原理，這也是all-hold-all economy的來由。

All-hold-all economy refers to that all participators, based on a web platform, integrate each part of a certain industrial chain or development goal including production, consumption; service and management, according to a principle of contributing as more one’s abilities as one can and full competition in production as well as a principle of distribution according to work or contribution and good payment to good work in distribution; through a united charter built on a foundation of these two principles and a way of financial disclosure, to achieve a union owning hole web platform and all interests of it ultimately.

All-hold-all economy use for reference some theories of socialist economics and it is an attemptation of applying these theories in the tide of internet economy.

The basic conception of all-hold-all economy is: a full completion and a efficient allocation of resources can be achieved also through internet and the transparency of internet can guarantee the fair distribution of all participators. This makes it possible that scatted economic individuals can build an economic union through internet because of common interests.

All-hold-all economy is trying to remind people to think about and find a way to solve a simple paradox which most internet economies under the control of capitals have no way to avoid: whether participators in the internet platform or this platform is the core asset in the internet economy? All-hold-all economy makes it clear that the core of internet economies is participators and return to an essence that people are the center of all productivities and all production relations. The vitality of all-hold-all economy is the depth and breadth participators are involving in, therefore the all-hold-all economy emphasizes not only the whole platform and all interests of it shall be held by every participator, but also all participators shall hold each other beside the full completion to manifest a plain scale economic theory of “more people more power”. This is the reason why the all-hold-all economy is called so.
